Your detachable connection to pumps, valves and tanks. Haelok provides flanges according to ASME B16.5.
The fitting consists of two readily assembled parts – body and pressring. Standard size range is from 3/4″ to 2″
ANSI flanges are delivered without seal and bolts.

DIN Flanges HLK-10FD-PN40

Product description

Your detachable connection to pumps, valves and tanks. Haelok provides PN40 flanges according to DIN 2633 right from stock.
The fitting consists of two readily assembled parts – body and pressring. Standard sizes range is from DN 20 to DN 50.
DIN flanges are delivered without seal and bolts. The hole pattern from PN40 flanges goes with PN16 and PN25 flanges as well.

DKO – HLK-10CF

Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type “CM / CF” (DKO), is used as a detachable connection of two pipes or for connecting hydraulic hoses or clearing nozzles. CM denotes the male cone with union nut, CF the female cone with thread as counterpart.

The fitting consists of several fix assembled parts.

The HAELOK © -Press fitting can be supplied in steel (CC) or stainless steel (XX).

The DKO FITTING (CM / CF) is available in selected sizes from ø12 mm to ø 33.4 mm.

Bended pipe – HLK-10BP90

Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type “BP90” (Bended Pipe), is used for a connection between two pipes at an angle of 90 °. The tube is bent to guarantee a better flow and can be supplemented with all HAELOK® fittings.

The article consists of one tube in total. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The BENDED TUBE 90° can be delivered in the sizes, radius and wall thickness you desire.

Product description

SAE Flange according to DIN ISO 6162-1 (Code 61) Pressure category 3000 PSI / 207 bar.
SAE flanges will be delivered including O-Ring and two half-flanges. These half-flanges can only be used among each other using a joint plate. Advantage oft he SAE flange is the rotatable connection.

Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type “D2″ (distributor 2 outlets), has two side outlets with G ½ ” thread and can be used as a metering point or for placing the clearing nozzles.

In connection with threaded parts TE -__- G12_, it is easy to identify an outflow or a cross piece.

The fitting consists of a total of three pre-assembled components; a base body and two pressing rings. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The distributor with 2 outlets (D2) is available in the size of ø21. mm – ø 60.3 mm. Special solutions such as only one outlet and other threads on request.
