Straight fitting THERMO – HLK-12SF

The HAELOK®THERMO-fitting, type „SF“ (Straight Fitting), is used for a straight connection of two district heating pipes. It is specially optimized for high pull-out forces, temperature load changes and for use according to the current specifications of AGFW FW 449.
The fitting consists of a total of three permanently mounted components; a base body and two press rings. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 (AISI 1024) galvanized.
The STRAIGHT FITTING is available in sizes from ø13.5 mm – ø 114.3 mm.

Material C-Steel (CC) + galvanized
- Temperature range from -20°C to + 300°C
- Operating pressure according to AGFW 2.5 MPa and higher
- Pipe diameter from DN15 – DN100
- Technical lifecycle at least 30 years
- Can be used for seamless and welded pipes according to EN 10216-1, EN 10216-2, EN 10217-1, EN 10217-2, EN 253
- Conforms to AGFW FW 449 up to DN80
